Since all agents were well enough to participate, this UFO was easily taken down.

X-Com agents moved to the area around the UFO door. Sarah positioned herself to allow for shots down the hallway, and almost immediately demonstrated why guided missiles are awesome. The aliens trickled out for a while, and were cut down by overwhelming fire. If you look carefully, you can see a disruptor shower from a devastator cannon that was ruptured in a explosion here
Delaney moved into the UFO to find the remaining aliens, but her motion scanner showed several coming to the lift as she entered. She quickly ran out of Sarah's line of fire, since she was ready with a missile to turn back the Anthropods. The one in front was killed outright, the second and third panicked. The second was killed from a secondary explosion, apparently from the first Anthropod's weapon. The fourth was undeterred and rushed out to meet his doom, while Scott flew in to psi stun the last alien. Unfortunately, Scott failed to stun his target and was forced to kill it with his disruptor.
