The second of a pair of UFOs intercepted today.

Our agents split up to take defensive positions covering both UFO doors. The first anthropods came out of the northeastern door before the squads on that side were ready, but Megan had an incendiary grenade ready to light them on fire, causing them to spend time running rather than shooting. Lane came into range to keep flaming death on the one alien that nearly reached safety. A popper eventually followed them out, but by then the fire was really going and the agents had spread out into good positions.
By the time any anthropods emerged from the other side, most of the agents there were in position. A couple mind probes confirmed that neither had shields, so a few shots took them and their brainsuckers out. Some spitters dribbled impotently out afterwards.
After one last spitter attacked on the northeast side Kramer and Sarah moved in to finish off the remaining aliens. Some hyperworms were able to get in too close for Sarah's incendiary missiles, but her plasma pistol with Kramer's devastator cannon were able to finish them off just before her shield would have run out of power. She borrowed one of John's shields to finish off the last alien.
